No. Your Order is Charged right away & cannot be changed & I do not have access to your Credit Card to run it again. If You want Allen Key Hardware instead of the Quick Adjustment Hardware, please order Here
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Domestic Shipping within the United States is USPS Shipping included in every purchase. FREE
International Shipping is GlobalPost International Mail and is integrated at checkout.
Africa is UPS/FedEx shipping only.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
It usually takes me 5 business processing days to make your item since everything is made to order, but your order usually enters production within a couple hours, I am working on making them faster & some ship same day or the next day. Once shipped it takes 3-5 business days within the USA. Weather or busy season may affect delivery times. International shipping takes from 14-20 days depending on your countries shipping times & weather & busy season.
I do offer Quicker Processing, where I will make & ship your item within 2 business days for an extra $5 located at check out for those that need it quickly, Not Available on Infused Images. This is NOT Expedited Shipping, that is Extra.

How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is complete & shipped You will receive a USPS tracking number from ShippingEasy.com with a link to the USPS website for updates. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it right away.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
PayPal, and any other Major Credit Card/Debit Card through the PayPal Checkout including: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, & American Express.
You may also mail in a check, but it will take an extra 5 business days to process your check. Contact Matthew for details HERE.
Cancellation Policy
Yes & No… if cancelled within 5 hours, but some Cheek Risers are in stock & ship right away & cannot be cancelled. If a product has entered Production & has been worked on there will be a 10% cancellation fee. No Cancellations of custom orders or Custom Designed Cheek Risers if they have entered production, including Infused Images that have been Infused. All successful cancelled orders within 5 hours that have not been shipped already will incur a 5% Fee to cover Payment Processing.
Expedited Processing Means?
Anything ordered before 11:00AM MST Monday-Thursday will be shipped same day, Friday Orders Before 10:00AM, otherwise it will be shipped the next business day. Unless it is a Holiday, it will ship the following business day.
